You deserve an agent who has extensive experience in and knowledge about our local Hampton Roads market which includes the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Suffolk on the Southside and Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown and the Northern Neck on the Penninsula.  With more than 15 years of successful real estate experience I can provide the expertise to make your home sale or purchase an easy transition.  The oceanfront and resort areas of Virginia Beach offer great beaches, loads of restaurants and specialty shops along with easy access to golf courses, sailing, kayaking, water parks, the Virginia Marine Museum and much more. Each city has it's own unique "personality" and I am happy to show you around the area and provide you with detailed information on everything this beautiful  Tidewater or Hampton Roads area has to offer.

You will also  want an agent with the highest ethical standards.  I am a member of the National and Hampton Roads Realtors Associations and am bound by the code of ethics. More importantly, I treat my clients the way I would want to be treated and I always look out for my clients best interests.

Third, you'll want an agent who has good communication skills.  I really listen to my clients needs and wishes about the type of home and location they are looking for.  I keep them informed and guide them through the process so that it is a pleasant experience and they know they've made a good decision.  I also believe that good communication helps in the negotiation process.
